Light
& Sound
Humans
depend on light and sound to learn about the world
around them through the senses of sight and hearing.
Light and sound come from energy moving in waves, but
their properties are different. Understand these properties
with hands-on investigations and devices that enable
us to communicate with each other.
The
Light &
Sound Pathway presents a K-8 curriculum that touches
on a variety of topics including physical science and
experimentation.
Please
Note: Check with a Guest Services staff member
to find out if a live presentation related to Light
and Sound is scheduled for the day of your visit.
